Great introduction to Christian Theology

This is a very readable and broad introduction to Biblical Christianity. A particular strength of the author is his expansive knowledge of history regarding the development of doctrinal understanding as the church was forced to deal with errors. I have used this with great interest among teenagers.

MUST READ!

This is a great volume! The content matches the title perfectly. Bavinck works through the Reformed Doctrines with great skill and really lays out in very logical terms "Our Reasonable Faith". So thankful that it was translated into English. Bavinck is perhaps the best Reformed theologian since Calvin.

A superb, and highly underrated Systematic Theology

This is a one volume digest of Bavinck's 4 volume work. It's some of the great theology reading I've ever, ever done (and I've read Turretin, Calvin, Berkof, Grudem, Reymond, Hodge, etc.). Very passionate, truthful, and beautifully written.
